Horrible service! Staff don't like work. They just slack off! Not willing try their best for the customers!!
I have been delivered mail in Palatine for over 14 years. All mailmen and women have been professional and courteous. Especially Angelo! Keep up the good work.
Absolutely no organization! Employees have no sense of urgency or have any idea what's going on. If you decide to come, leave a day just in case as it may take you that long to get anything done. Sad, very sad!
They overcharge customers due to their incompetence and I'm clearly not the first or last person who had their day ruined by them
The Latin and Asian women that work within are useless and don't know any proper requirements for something to be shipped. The Asian woman will try her hardest to not answer your questions fully as well as ignoring any customers with issues.
The staff here is better than the Arlington Heights Post Office. But still it is only ok here. Lines can be too long some times.
