I used a groupon deal for 39.99 $ for a platinum detailed wash (regularly priced at 80 $). I have scheduled an appointment with them and was told that it is gonna be taking for 2-3 hours to finish it up. I came back in 2-3 hours and noticed that even floor mats were not touched. All car looked dirty inside and I had a feeling it took them 20 minutes to finish cleaning. It was an awful experience !
I was there after the oil change and decided to try not only the free outside wash but to pay extra and get the complete wash for my car. They did amazing job by cleaning my car. Everything was taken out and they cleaned really good around the doors and ets. Usually I always asking to do those things at another car wash. But here they just did it by themselves. And I think this is the way to do it when you pay extra. Very happy. Thank you guys!!!
