I just bought my 2nd car from Enterprise.I had such a good experience the 1st time, 10 years ago, that I decided to go back. I had researched cars online and Enterprise had better prices than CarMax, they also had a promo for $500 additional cash credit towards a trade in. They gave me a very fair trade on my 2006 stratus. They had to transfer the Jeep I wanted from Wisconsin, they did that with no fee. Kathy was my salesperson and very sweet, Gabe was my finance guy and got me a good deal on a loan. I did not feel pressured at all, it was a seamless experience. I did check a Jeep dealer after Enterprise and the salesman there tried to pressure me into getting a new jeep with no features for $10,000 more. No thanks, I got out of there fast! It just reassured me that I was not being lied to. I highly recommend Enterprise if you're looking to buy a quality used car! I know I'll be going back when I am ready to trade this Jeep in! They also have great warranties!

Enterprise suggested we check out their cars for sale. We did and found a car that we liked. We told our salesman we wanted it, he started the paperwork. A little time passed by and without explanation from salesman we were brought into another room with sales manager Greg. He told us someone else apparently told their salesperson they wanted the car "first". He said he had the exact same car in a different location with a few more miles and a little less money. Since this was a Saturday before closing he told us he would have it in Palatine by 11:30 Monday. Guess what? NEVER HEARD FROM HIM! If you are looking for a professional experience go elsewhere!
Issac was a lot of help and support during the financial portion of the sale. He made sure that I knew all available options and walked me through the loan process. I am incredibly grateful for some of the knowledge that he imparted to me.

I bought a car with some issues from here. The left wheel made some noise when driving, I took it in to get fixed only for them to say there is nothing wrong. The car had 2 different sets of tires. Which would indicate something "HAD" happend to the previous tires prior to us buying the car. When confronted about that the Rep gave a BS reason as to why it has 2 different sets. I even bought their extended warranties, they do absolutely nothing, but give them a fattier commissions check. I took it to my own mechanic and now it runs even smoother than when I test drove it. We felt taken advantage of, so we are never using enterprise ever again and I'm telling all our friends and family to do avoid Enterprise. Nothing you can say or do will change our minds.

I highly recommend the Palatine location of Enterprise Car Sales! The cars are in far better condition than a "used car dealers lot". These cars are much lower milage and better maintained than anything you would find at a place like carmax (for example). I am very happy with my purchase.
We had a loaner car from Enterprise due to our car being totaled. We always use Enterprise when in need of car rental. This experience wasn't even what we we expected. The car we rented was actually very dirty. Besides spilled coffee all over the door the dashboard looked like someone sneezed on it! Disgusting! We were told "what's the difference since you aren't paying for it" since insurance co was taking car of accident.
